Refund policy

To exercise the right it is necessary to send an explicit communication via email to gadget4entertainmentsas@gmail.com

The return request must be made no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods and must be unused and complete with every detail or accessory described in the product listing. It must be carefully packaged and sent by registered mail with return receipt to our office. All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

We therefore invite you to contact us to notify us of the return. Those who purchase must also know that the shipping costs for replacing an incorrect or wrong-sized item are at YOUR expense.

Personalized items are neither returnable nor refundable pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code.
