You can exercise your right of withdrawal electronically using the "withdrawal button" provided in our online store.
The electronic withdrawal process follows a two-step procedure required by law. After clicking the "Withdrawal Form" button, you will be asked to enter the required information and explicitly confirm.
At the end of the process, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of the declaration of durable medium.
The return request must be made no later than 14 days after receiving the goods and must be unused and complete with all parts and accessories described in the product description. It must be carefully packaged and shipped via registered mail with return receipt to our office. All return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
The buyer should also be aware that shipping costs for replacing an incorrect item or the wrong size are the buyer's responsibility.
Customized items are neither returnable nor refundable pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code.
