I love the products, but when one item from my order didn't arrive, the sellers solution was to blame me for not checking âdeep enoughâ into my mailbox. All I wanted was my product, and then he stopped responding to messages for I had to open a case with Etsy. I'm sad that someone with such great products has such terrible customer service.
